Items are shipped by courier - expected delivery times to the UK and most European destinations is 6-7 business days.
Can I exchange my items?
All items can be exchanged whenever they are in perfect condition, in original packaging.
What is the term for exchange or refund?
The deadline to make a return is seven working days from receipt of the product. We recommend that you keep proof of the transport company.
How to return a product?
If you want to return the product, you must notify us within the stipulated time, by emailing email@example.com, stating the reasons for return, and your personal details, phone contact and invoice number.
After verifying all the data, we will contact you to arrange shipment. Wherever possible, the carrier will in 24 hours to pick up the package.
The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their labels and in their original packaging.
Please send a copy of the original invoice with the package, and indicate on the outside of the package the order number.
Do I have to pay to return my item?
Returns for defective items or errors in the order, are always assumed by SINGULAR PETS. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be paid entirely by the customer.
SINGULAR PETS reserves the right to refuse packages whose shipping not come already paid.
When and how will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (items in perfect condition with original packaging and labelling, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days. Remember that credit the credit card always depend on your bank.
