Meryn Terms & Conditions
All of our orders are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature at the point of delivery.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Most of our products are made to order so at busy times such as around Christmas, it can take us longer to get your order to you. We’ll always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, but if you are pushed for time please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to meet your requirements.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund provided the item concerned is returned in 100% saleable condition and received within 28 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused with the tags attached and all original packaging andpaperwork included. N.B. We strongly recommend using a recorded service to return items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit without a valid proof of postage. Should any items be lost in transit we shall require a scanned or hard copy of proof of postage in order to process a refund or exchange. Any items purchased as gifts may only be refunded to the customer who placed the order originally.

All of our products are handmade in-house by skilled craftspeople. The nature of our manufacturing processes and the materials we work with does mean that there will be minor variations between each product we produce. If you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing fault please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall assess the problem with you. Unfortunately any damage caused to a product due to usage cannot be accepted as faulty as we know that even the toughest items aren’t always animal proof!
